We assist our clients to dispose of their properties by employing extensive and carefully-planned marketing strategies which include informing our associates in their respective countries / areas where the properties are situated as well as world wide exposure via DST’s own internet website.
We make the fee you pay work harder for you when you list your property with us, such that our associates concentrate on their marketing efforts in their respective countries and we concentrate on ours in this region, especially in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
In addition, when you list your property with us, we help you to save on the service tax payable on the fee. When our associate finds a buyer, 2/3 of the fee will be paid to them which is subjected to service tax applicable in the respective countries and 1/3 of the fee will be paid to DST International which is not subject to any service tax. In this way, you enjoy savings on the service tax payable for 1/3 of the fee and if a buyer is found in this region ie Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong the full amount is not subjest to service tax which can be hafty ie 17.5% in the UK.
